CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

OVERVIEW


Reporting to the Irrigation Service Manager, the primary role of the Customer Service Representative is to execute customer service related tasks effectively and efficiently.


PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Calling customers/responding to customer calls

  • Scheduling service appointments

  • Dispatching technicians to service appointments

  • Preparing quotations and invoices

  • Following up with customers regarding payment of account

  • Acting as receptionist for the company

  • Other duties as assigned


QUALIFICATIONS
 

  • High School diploma

  • Minimum of three years customer service experience

  • Strong oral, written, and organization skills

  • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office); experience with Sage and Salesforce an asset

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience in the irrigation industry an asset


COMPENSATION


Salary is negotiable
